R 18: Sekswal Activities

Kapag narinig ang salitang SEKS, marami ang na-e excite pero marami pa rin ang feeling inosente. Ang iba naman naiilang o natatakot marinig ang salitang SEKS. Natatakot o naiilang kasi silang pag-usapan ang sex life nila.

O, hinde lang nila feel ang ganitong topic. Tama ba? Kapag pinag-uusapan ito, ang unang papasok sa isip mo – position o ibat-ibang sexual activities na pwede mong gawin sa sarili mo o sa taong mahal mo. Ano nga ba ang ibat-ibang sexual activities? 

 

Una, masturbation. Ito yung paglalaro sa iyong private part hanggang sa marating mo ang sexual pleasure. Naks! May pleasure talaga? Kadalasan ginagawa ito sa isang pribadong lugar – ingat ka baka maabutan ka ng nanay mo kaya mag-lock ka ng room mo.  

Pangalawa, mutual masturbation. Ito raw ang pinaka-safe na activities ng mag-partner. Ginagawa mo ito sa harapan ng partner mo. Huwag kang mahihiya dahil nag-eenjoy siya sa ginagawa mo. Kaya i-enjoy mo na rin ang sarili mo habang sabay kayong naglalaro hanggang maabot n’yo ang SEXUAL PLEASURE. Kadalasan, ito yata yung tinatawag na – HAWAKAN Tandaan, dapat malinis ang kamay para malayo sa infections.  

Pangatlo, anal sex. Isa ito sa pinakamalaking risk dahil sabi nila mas mataas ang posibilidad na mahawaan o magkaroon ka ng sakit katulad ng STD. Mas masakit daw ito lalo na kung first time mo. Lalo na kung malaki ang papasok sa behind mo. Kaya dapat nakahanda ka kung papasok ka sa ganitong sexual activities. Gawin mo ito sa taong mahal mo at dapat gumamit ng condom. Para sa mga lalaki, huwag pilitin si babae kung ayaw niya. Kailangan mo ring resputuhin ang mga bagay na ayaw niya. May petchay naman kaya doon ka na lang!  

Pang-apat, oral sex. Safe daw ito dahil hindi ka mabubuntis o di ka makakabuntis. Kilala ito sa tawag na SUBUAN o minsan naman ginagawa ito sa isang position na tinatawag nilang 69 (KAINAN) Kahit di ka mabubuntis o makakabuntis dapat mag-ingat ka. Bakit? Alam n’yo ba na may posibilidad din na magkaroon ka ng STD o ano mang sakit dahil dito? Kaya dapat gumamit ng condom o dental dam Uy, inosente.com ka ba sa dental dum! Ang dental dam ay kilala din sa tawag na oral dam, at katulad ng condom may flavored din ito. Chilli flavor, meron kaya? Originally called an oral dam, is a six inch square piece of thin latex, (sometimes flavored), that’s available at most pharmacy chains and medical supply stores or via the internet at condom stores. It was and still is, used by dentist all over the world during dental treatment.  

However, it also has another usage - acting as a barrier between the vagina or anus and the mouth. Due to the possible infectious secretions from both the vagina and anus, the dental dam is becoming a more popular safer sex tool. With the introduction of different colors, shapes and sizes, manufacturers are adding some exciting changes to what once was sterile translucent-white latex. 

Dental dams are not the most difficult piece of protection to use. Some people prefer that the person performing oral sex should hold the dam so that the receiver can just sit back and relax. Others think that the receiver should hold the dam so the other partner has his/her hands free for other stimulation. As an alternative, some dental dams are now made with an adhesive strip which will hold the dam in place. Remember to use some water based lubricant on the vagina or anus beforehand to increase the amount of stimulation received. If you don’t have a dental dam you can make one out a male or female condom, latex glove, or non-microwavable saran wrap. To make a dental dam out of a condom, simply cut off the tip and cut down one side. To make a dental dam out of a latex glove, cut off the finger and cut down one side. If using saran wrap, it is important that it be non-microwavable because the pores in microwaveable saran wrap are large enough to allow viruses and bacteria to pass through.

Pang-huli, viginal sex. Ito na yata ang pinaka-sikat na sexual activities. Ito ang pagpasok ng toytoy sa petchay. Basta! Ginagawa ito ng dalawang mag-partner kung saan pumapasok si Adan sa lungga ni Eba. At ito ang iyong tatandaan - mas masarap makipag – sex sa taong mahal mo.
